The owner of the account can reassign their account (change the owner) to another user.
- [new version] The account owner can transfer the account ownership to another administrator.
Note: This option is available only for the owner of an account, and the System role for this user should be "Administrator".
To do that, go to the Users list menu and open the necessary user profile:
